CLASS 1 members are insurance companies engaged in the business of insurance written or administration of debt protection products or services provided in connection with consumer credit transactions.

CLASS 2 members are lenders and/or service providers other than insurance companies engaged in the business of debt protection products typically provided in connection with consumer credit transactions.

CLASS 3 members may be any person, firm or trade association not eligible for Class 1 or Class 2 membership and not an officer, employee, affiliate or subsidiary of a company otherwise eligible for Class 1 or Class 2 membership and whose aims, objectives and interests are, in the judgment of the Board of Directors, consistent with those of this Association.
